IWCE Booth # 369, LAS VEGAS, March 5, 2018 -- Pepro LLC (, the leading manufacturer of shielded enclosure systems for electronics, announces availability of the new HCLP-400, a compact and low profile mobile site designed for rapid response to fill coverage gaps and restore communications after natural disasters, as well as any other situation where a rapidly deployable solution is needed. It is specifically designed to be LTE and FirstNet ready. The unit is completely self-grounded while in use, requiring no additional time or equipment for safe deployment.

The HCLP-400 is a low-profile mobile site, standing seven feet tall when the integrated articulated tower is lowered for easy mobility. The tower can be quickly and easily raised from the ground with all antennas and equipment already attached. The full system is deployable by one person in as little as 15 minutes. As with all Pepro products, the HCLP-400 is designed for reliability and durability.

“This new unit is perfect for deployments by shipping container, a particularly important consideration for military use,” said Kelly Lander, president of Pepro LLC. “Our engineering team has maintained all of the equipment capacity and functionality of the HCLP-300 while compressing the exterior footprint to suit the needs of a far broader audience.”

The HCLP-400 can be equipped with a one or two bay cabinet providing either 27 or 54 rack units of equipment space. The integrated 40-foot articulated tower can handle a payload of 650 lbs. The tower can withstand 80 MPH winds with 21’ of sail area attached, and complies with TIA/EIA-222-G standards for wind and ice loads. The equipment stored inside the integrated cabinet is protected by Pepro’s patented Faraday Cage technology for shielding against lightning strikes, Electromagnetic Pulses (EMP), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Passive Intermodulation (PMI), and Radio Frequency Interference (RFI).

Pepro has provided shielded enclosures for 25 years without a single loss of protected equipment. Every Pepro shelter meets rigorous testing standards, sustaining a one million volt, 82,000 amp direct strike with less than ten micro joules entering the enclosure.
